Do you want monthly contact with a coach, but perfer most of your time to be on your own?

With this plan you will recieve:

  • A training plan outlining the distances to train each week for each discipline.
  • The plan will be based on your planned event and will start based on your current fitness level.
  • We will touch base each month for a 30 minute conversation to see how you are doing, and how the plan is working for you. The plan will then be revised as needed each month.
  • It will not include detailed workouts per decipline.
