  • A custom training plan based on your current fitness level and geared toward your planned race.
  • Each workout will have defined tasks and workout focuses.
  • We will connect each week for 30 minutes to determine how things are going and your plan will be revised accordingly.
  • We will talk through race strategies before the race and how to race your best race.
